- Contains a blend of Potassium Acetate and Potassium Citrate that is extremely effective in suppressing high temperature fires fueled by the unsaturated cooking oils used in today’s restaurant appliances. The agent is applied by a misting discharge nozzle that prevents the splashing and spreading of the oils. This extinguisher is designed to complement existing pre-engineered hood systems. Also carries an “A” Rating.
